As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and turning store visitors into loyal customers. The position offers a comprehensive pay structure starting with a paid training period of two weeks at an hourly rate of $16.90. Beyond training, associates remain on the same base hourly wage and become eligible for incentives, bonuses, and rewards tied to sales performance. Incentives vary from 0.25% up to 30% depending on the products sold and sales volume, with quarterly sales bonuses that can reach up to $3,500 based on individual and store performance. This structure encourages motivated sales associates to maximize their earnings while helping the company grow.

Additional responsibilities include handling sales transactions accurately and efficiently, managing credit applications and financing processes, maintaining store appearance and operations during opening and closing, and supporting inventory management and loss prevention efforts.
