Job Description

The LEGO Group is a globally recognized family-owned company renowned for its commitment to creativity, learning, and play. Established decades ago, LEGO has become a beloved brand that inspires children and adults alike through its iconic brick-building toys. The company operates internationally with a robust retail presence designed to bring the LEGO experience to life in engaging store environments. With a collaborative culture that values innovation, teamwork, and making an impact, the LEGO Group continuously strives to shape the future of play by launching inspiring, imaginative products that transcend generations.

The LEGO Brand Retail team at Southcenter Mall in Tukwila, WA, is currently seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join as Sales Associates, also known as Brick Specialists. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in delivering memorable and inspirational guest experiences that bring the magic of LEGO to life in a vibrant setting. Employees will engage with guests of all ages, fostering an environment that encourages imagination, creativity, and play through interactive storytelling and hands-on activities.

As a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at LEGO Southcenter Mall, you will be at the forefront of creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere by greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, assisting them with product selections, and ensuring every visit is special. Your responsibilities will include efficient processing of sales transactions, managing merchandise stockrooms safely, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and visual presentation within the store. This role requires a dynamic and engaging personality that can connect with diverse audiences, including families, children, and LEGO enthusiasts.

The position offers an hourly wage range from $22.40 to $23.40, reflecting responsibilities, market benchmarks, and individual qualifications. The LEGO Group also offers a comprehensive remuneration package, including benefits and paid leave options, with additional details provided upon employment offer finalization. The part-time schedule is flexible, with shifts varying across days, nights, and weekends, requiring availability for up to 25 hours per week spanning at least three days, including one weekend day.

Employees will enjoy a unique retail experience that extends beyond typical sales positions by actively promoting LEGO’s brand values and contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. These values include nurturing creativity, encouraging collaboration, and building lasting relationships with guests. The LEGO Group emphasizes equal employment opportunities regardless of sex, gender identity or expression, race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, or veteran status.

Working at LEGO also means participating in initiatives aimed at well-being and work-life balance, such as access to mental health resources, generous employee discounts, and bonus schemes aligned with company goals. Importantly, the company prioritizes children’s rights and safeguarding, requiring background screening for roles with significant child interaction. Additionally, the LEGO Group maintains a drug-free work environment with relevant screenings to promote employee health and safety.

Joining LEGO Brand Retail as a Sales Associate offers a rewarding chance to contribute to an inspiring mission: to "inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow." Here, your role touches lives by creating joyful experiences while fostering a dynamic and supportive environment for employees and guests alike. If you have the enthusiasm for retail, love LEGO, and are eager to be part of a globally respected brand, this opportunity at Southcenter Mall could be your next career move.
