Located at 1835 Capital One Drive South in McLean, VA, this part-time position on the Seafood team offers an hourly wage between $16.50 and $17. This role includes shifts in the afternoon and evening, including weekends, making it ideal for individuals seeking flexible work hours. Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply.

As a member of the Seafood team at Wegmans, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customers receive incredible service while maintaining the highest standard of product freshness. Your role is vital in helping customers live healthier, better lives through food by providing expert knowledge and a welcoming environment. You will work alongside a team dedicated to stocking and merchandising a wide selection of fresh seafood and prepared fish items. This includes keeping shelves well-stocked and ensuring products are displayed attractively and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Your duties will also include taking customer orders, packaging seafood items carefully, and assisting shoppers in finding specific products to meet their culinary needs. You may be tasked with unloading daily deliveries, organizing inventory, and ensuring coolers and stockrooms are clean and efficiently maintained. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
