Job Requirements

Job Duties

Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest
Maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk
Engage with guests, ensuring they are treated cordially and respectfully
Accurately and efficiently process sales orders and adhere to cash handling protocols
Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters
Address customer concerns independently
Aid in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists
Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures
Meet and exceed sales goals and align to KPIs and performance standards
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
