The position offers an excellent compensation package that includes a competitive hourly wage starting at $18.05 for the initial two weeks of training, which remains the same after training with eligibility for incentives. These incentives include bi-weekly and monthly bonuses as well as quarterly written sales bonuses based on sales volume, providing significant earning potential. Incentives can range from 0.25% to 30% depending on the product sold and individual sales performance, with quarterly bonuses reasonably estimated up to $3,500. The sales associate role is full-time and provides an opportunity to participate in comprehensive benefits programs.
