Additionally, the role involves supporting inventory management and loss prevention efforts, including participating in bi-annual inventories and aiding with store opening and closing activities.

This position offers a competitive pay structure, starting with a training wage of $16.90 per hour, which remains the same post-training, with the added potential to earn bi-weekly and monthly incentives, and quarterly sales bonuses that can significantly increase earnings. Incentive rates vary depending on product sales and volume, with quarterly bonuses reaching up to $3,500 based on individual and store performance.
