Job Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales preferably in fashion
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service practices

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Work with integrity and respect as a team participant
- Actively drive and document personal learning to support team success
- Adapt flexibly to business needs and support the team
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with host store partners
- Use Ted Baker training tools to stay updated on product knowledge
- Utilize product knowledge to generate sales and increase customer loyalty
- Follow merchandising guidelines, replenishment, and housekeeping standards
- Assist management in executing visual merchandising directives
- Demonstrate compliance with all Ted Baker training and standards
- Execute GOTFAT sales approach enthusiastically and consistently
- Understand local customer profiles and use sales techniques to build loyalty
- Take ownership of achieving and exceeding sales KPIs and supporting promotions
- Promote database building and clienteling for customer engagement
- Maintain commercial awareness of competitors and local markets
- Complete tasks efficiently following company policies with minimal supervision
- Adhere to health, safety, and loss prevention measures
- Accurately handle cash and banking procedures and resolve discrepancies
