Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations

Job Qualifications
- one year retail experience
- six months leadership experience
- superior communication and organizational skills
- able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- creates a positive internal and external customer experience
- promotes a culture of honesty and integrity
- orchestrates truck delivery prioritizing processing of merchandise onto sales floor
- trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles
- ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
- communicates with coordinator on duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
- monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary
