Job Description

SAS Retail Services is a dynamic and innovative subsidiary of Advantage Solutions, dedicated to enhancing the retail shopping experience across the globe. With a vast network of 65,000 teammates supporting over 4,000 brands and retail customers in more than 40 countries, SAS Retail Services has cemented its reputation as a leader in retail merchandising and in-store services. The company prides itself on offering not only exceptional career opportunities but also a supportive and enriching environment for professional growth and development. Joining SAS Retail Services means becoming part of a team that plays a crucial role in connecting consumers with products and experiences that enrich their lives. This global reach and impact create an exciting and rewarding workplace atmosphere where employees can see the immediate results of their efforts and contribute meaningfully to the shopping experience.

The role of a Retail Reset Merchandiser at SAS Retail Services is a highly active and hands-on position designed for individuals who enjoy working independently while being part of a large, collaborative network. As a Retail Reset Merchandiser, you will be the key factor in ensuring that store aisles and product displays are organized, visually appealing, and aligned with strategic planograms. Your daily responsibilities will include rotating between different store locations, usually servicing one store per day, which requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to varied retail environments. This position demands physical stamina as it involves standing, lifting products and fixtures up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive movements, all crucial to maintaining the store's presentation and customer satisfaction.

In addition to the physical demands, the role requires a strong eye for detail and a results-driven mindset. Merchandisers must carefully reset shelves and products in accordance with newly provided layouts, move shelves, fixtures, signage, and products accordingly, and submit accurate and timely reports along with photographic evidence of completed tasks. Effective communication with supervisors regarding progress, needs, and any issues is also essential to ensure quality and efficiency in execution. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals who enjoy both independent work and cooperative team environments, as well as those who take pride in contributing to a workplace that values respect, recognition, and career growth.

SAS Retail Services offers a competitive hourly wage of $14.50 with no requirement to work nights, weekends, or holidays, which provides excellent work-life balance. They emphasize paid training to set new hires up for success and provide opportunities for advancement within the company. Employees also gain access to customizable benefits tailored to meet diverse family needs, including wellness programs, discount access, and voluntary supplemental plans for eligible staff. By joining SAS Retail Services, you embark on a career path that not only supports your professional ambitions but also gives you the satisfaction of enhancing the retail shopping experience for millions of consumers worldwide. If you enjoy an active role that makes a visible difference in retail spaces and want to be part of a company that respects and supports its workforce, this opportunity offers a fulfilling and stable career choice.
