The Retail Production Associate role is essential to the seamless functioning of these stores, ensuring that donations are properly processed, organized, and priced in a timely and efficient manner. The Retail Production Associate is primarily responsible for sorting and processing textiles and wares, preparing items for sale by hanging, tagging, tallying, and pricing donated goods. They maintain production levels to help achieve store goals, manage inventory distribution within store fixtures, and provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers alike. This position also involves receiving donations, providing receipts, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace that meets agency standards. In addition to these duties, associates may address customer complaints courteously, perform custodial tasks, attend meetings, and adhere to safety and loss prevention procedures to protect themselves, coworkers, and company assets.
Employment for this position is in-person, with a starting pay rate from $11.50 per hour. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, stoop, bend, and crouch for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs with assistance
- Ability to work in variable weather conditions
- Commitment to agency core values
- Ability to perform custodial duties
- Willingness to adhere to safety policies

Job Duties
- Process donations for hanging, tagging, tallying, and pricing
