Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- basic math and counting skills required
- ability to pull heavy carts of stock throughout facility
- frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
- frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching during entire shift
- exposure to outdoors and variable temperatures including extreme hot and cold depending on the season
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one year warehouse experience preferred
- basic math and counting skills
- ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks preferred
- strong attention to detail
- effective communication skills
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Perform transfers of products and merchandise to and from the warehouse
- receive products and merchandise, check for quality and damage, and ensure proper storage of delivered products and merchandise
- perform physical inventory as needed
- operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks
- process requests for supplies, prepare merchandise for delivery, and prepare packages for shipping according to established procedures
- ensure security of company assets
