Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working with children and children’s events
- excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events simultaneously including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages to create an environment of fun and creativity
- demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
- facilitate and implement party add-ons including goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks like answering emails, making phone calls, and preparing paperwork
- adjust events based on client feedback and needs
- develop and execute backup or emergency plans as required
- ensure client satisfaction during events
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards by setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after events
- assist customers in shopping and locating products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- promote the Benefits Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set responsibilities
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- cross-train in custom framing sales and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
- perform other assigned duties as needed
