Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year work experience in a retail environment preferred
- Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition
- Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners
- Ability to work in large teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems
- Self-motivated and good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to live their passion
- Actively engage customers by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products
- Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store including store events, promotions, and community projects
- Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve customer experience
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey
- Provide and nourish feedback to Store Manager to continuously improve business
- Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals
- Maintain all safety and security standards and report potential issues
- Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10-30 lbs as required
