Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of one year retail experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to interact socially with customers and teammates
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Flexibility in work schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of work experience within a retail environment preferred
- Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities
- Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store environment
- Ability to work effectively with large teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Self-motivated and a good communicator
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for extended periods
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties

- Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects
- Communicate inventory and training needs to store manager to enhance customer experience
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines to facilitate easy shopping and add value to purchase journeys
- Provide and nourish feedback to the store manager for continuous business improvement
- Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
- Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals
- Maintain all safety and security standards and communicate potential issues
- Unpack boxes for inventory as needed, handling weights of 10-30 lbs
