The Retail Outlet Associate position at Bimbo Bakeries USA plays a critical role in the company’s retail operations. This full-time role offers a starting pay of $15.18 per hour and requires flexibility to work various shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Retail Outlet Associates are frontline employees responsible for delivering world-class customer service while maintaining an inviting store environment. Responsibilities include operating cash registers and handling cash transactions accurately, managing inventory and restocking shelves, and ensuring product merchandising standards are met with correct pricing, signage, and coding. Associates will also maintain cleanliness standards both inside and around the store, including parking lots, carts, and trash areas.

The ideal candidate for this position will be at least 18 years old and possess a minimum of one year of retail experience, though this is preferred and not necessarily required. Physical stamina is important as the job involves lifting and pushing weights up to 50 pounds, standing or stooping for long periods, climbing, performing repetitive tasks, and working in varied environments that may be noisy or warm. Effective communication skills in English are also essential to interact successfully with customers and team members.
