Its mission-driven approach emphasizes providing care for all community members, including those uninsured, with millions in uncompensated care delivered annually. Located near Denver's vibrant downtown, Denver Health offers a supportive environment with proximity to numerous cultural and recreational opportunities, attracting dedicated professionals committed to serving their community with high-quality care.
The role of Retail Operations Supervisor in the Food and Nutrition Services department is critical in supporting Denver Health's mission by managing retail food services, catering, and vending operations. The supervisor is responsible for responding to and resolving customer complaints promptly and effectively, modeling excellent service standards to foster positive relationships with customers and coworkers alike. Other responsibilities include monitoring and managing cash flow, handling payroll, and performing performance improvement audits to maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
