Beyond operational tasks, the Retail Operations Manager also plays a strategic role in analyzing sales trends and inventory data to optimize merchandising and stock management. They are responsible for fostering strong vendor relationships, organizing backroom standards, and overseeing programs like Buy Online Pick Up In Store and Ship From Store. The manager promotes a culture of empowerment, holding associates accountable while creating an engaging and positive work atmosphere. This leadership position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and the capability to stay composed under pressure. The manager typically supervises up to three lead associates and forty non-leader associates, ensuring compliance with employment policies and associate relations.

The company values diversity and equal opportunity and strives to provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities throughout the hiring process.
