The Retail Operations Manager role at Sodexo, based at OU Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK, is a pivotal leadership position focused on overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hospital’s café and retail food services. Job Duties

  • manage all retail operations including catering for the hospital
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors
  • interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction
  • oversee cash handling processes and POS programming and maintenance
  • maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards
  • coordinate department safety and sanitation
