Job Description

Channel Partner Solutions (CPS) is a national retail solutions company dedicated to providing comprehensive merchandising services across a wide variety of retail environments. Established to bridge the gap between product manufacturers and retail stores, CPS offers unparalleled support through strategic merchandising initiatives that enhance product visibility and drive sales growth. The company prides itself on employing top-tier merchandising representatives who help retailers maintain organized shelves, attractive displays, and accurate product placement according to planograms. CPS values flexibility and work-life balance, providing part-time roles that allow employees to set their own schedules while engaging with dynamic and exciting retail environments. The company also offers competitive pay, timely training, and a supportive work culture. Employees enjoy benefits such as paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, limited illness and accident plans, 401(k) options, and consistent weekly pay with early wage access.

The role of a Retail Merchandising Representative at CPS is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about retail and merchandising who prefer flexibility in their work schedules. This part-time position involves servicing retail stores within a 15-mile radius of the employee’s home location, offering weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time merchandising assignments. The typical workload ranges from 5 to 8 hours per week, with variations depending on seasonal peaks or specific client demands. Representatives are responsible for performing various on-site merchandising tasks, including stocking shelves, organizing products, setting up displays, auditing stock placement, tagging items, collecting data, and maintaining planograms to ensure stores meet brand and supplier standards.

In addition to physical merchandising duties, representatives utilize CPS’s mobile app to report completed projects, upload photos, and provide feedback. This digital reporting ensures transparency and accuracy for both clients and management. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with retail store personnel and CPS colleagues alike. Candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to carry and lift merchandise and supplies, with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, standing and walking for extended periods, and the repetitive use of hands and wrists.

CPS supports its representatives with thorough training opportunities—paid and provided both online and in-store—to ensure all employees meet quality and compliance standards. The company also fosters career growth, offering various part-time and full-time roles for those seeking consistent income and advancement within CPS. This W2 employment opportunity is well-suited for self-motivated individuals who excel at managing time, solving problems, adapting to change, and working independently in retail settings. With a starting pay of $17.49 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, CPS provides a rewarding career path for retail merchandising enthusiasts looking to make a significant impact while enjoying the freedom to control their schedules.
