Job Description

Channel Partner is a national retail solution company dedicated to enhancing the retail experience through expert merchandising and retail services. With a broad footprint across various retail locations, Channel Partner prides itself on delivering dependable, high-quality support to retail stores and enabling seamless collaboration between brands and retail outlets. As an adaptable and growing company, Channel Partner provides flexible employment opportunities that cater to individuals seeking part-time roles with varied hours, empowering employees to balance their work schedules with personal commitments. Channel Partner offers a supportive work environment designed to promote professional growth and advancement, catering to a diverse workforce that values autonomy and accountability.

The role of a Retail Merchandising Representative at Channel Partner is ideal for individuals who love the retail industry but desire the freedom to set their own schedules. This part-time role involves working across various retail stores within a 15-mile radius of the employee's home, providing a manageable and convenient work scope. The position offers varied hours typically ranging from 1 to 4 hours per week, depending on seasonal demands and project needs, which allows for substantial flexibility. Merchandising representatives are responsible for completing merchandising projects such as stocking products, organizing displays, auditing product placement, tagging items, and maintaining planograms. The position requires the use of a mobile app to accurately report project completion, including uploading photos and answering project-related questions.

In this role, the Retail Merchandising Representative will exercise decision-making skills to address routine issues, manage deadlines, and escalate store concerns when necessary. Work is performed independently but involves building strong professional relationships with store personnel, Channel Partner peers, and managers to support overall company and client goals. Physically, the role requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting items from 10 to 50 pounds occasionally, and utilizing basic tools such as screwdrivers and box cutters. This combination of physical activity and retail knowledge makes the role both engaging and rewarding for individuals enthusiastic about retail operations.

Channel Partner provides a compensation structure starting at $13.25 per hour, including paid time for training completed both online and in-store. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees, including paid drive time and mileage reimbursements, out-of-market travel pay, limited illness and accident benefit plans, a weekly pay schedule, access to early wage payments, paid required training, state-mandated sick time, and eligibility for a 401(k) plan after 12 months of employment. This role is an excellent opportunity for those seeking a flexible, part-time position with the potential for growth within a supportive company that values its associates and offers various full-time and part-time roles to build a consistent income.
