The HomeGoods Store located in Knoxville, TN (store number 0359) is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, embodying the HomeGoods customer experience philosophy, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Associates are expected to adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while being flexible enough to support multiple areas of the store through cross-training. This ensures a well-rounded knowledge of store functions and the ability to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
