With a large network of over 65,000 teammates and partnerships with more than 4,000 brands and retail customers across 40+ countries, SAS Retail Services focuses on delivering exceptional in-store retail experiences that drive sales and foster brand loyalty. The company prides itself on its supportive and growth-oriented environment, offering ample opportunities for employees to develop their skills and advance their careers with comprehensive training and a culture centered on success and teamwork.

Joining SAS Retail Services means becoming part of a dedicated team that plays a vital role in the retail ecosystem by providing top-notch merchandising support. The company emphasizes a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring each teammate is empowered and equipped with the tools necessary to excel. SAS Retail Services offers competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work hours to create a rewarding and balanced work experience for all employees.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering impactful in-store merchandising support to retail partners. Your primary duties will include building engaging product displays and end caps, executing shelf resets with accurate product rotation, and monitoring inventory levels to optimize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. Beyond hands-on merchandising tasks, this position also includes supporting store leadership with a variety of administrative responsibilities such as reporting, training new hires, scheduling shifts, and onboarding new team members. This comprehensive role offers a blend of physical work, team collaboration, and leadership development, providing a dynamic and fulfilling work environment.

SAS Retail Services values individuals who are customer-focused, proactive, and reliable. You’ll bring a friendly, enthusiastic attitude while interacting with customers and store management, ensuring a positive shopping atmosphere. Physical stamina is important in this role as it involves moving, bending, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates with at least 1-2 years of merchandising experience and a proven track record of leading and training team members will thrive in this position. Additionally, you will use modern technology, such as smartphones or tablets, to record and report your work after each shift to maintain transparent and organized merchandising operations.

Overall, this opportunity is ideal for motivated self-starters who can work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture. A safety-first mindset is crucial in navigating the retail environment effectively. By joining SAS Retail Services, you become part of a respected industry leader committed to your professional growth and success. Competitive hourly wages starting at $20 and the potential for additional hours, combined with customizable benefits including wellness programs and access to discounts, make this position both financially rewarding and personally enriching. Take the next step in your retail career and help shape the future of shopping with SAS Retail Services.
