In this role as an In-Store Merchandiser, you will play a vital part in enhancing shopper satisfaction by ensuring that retail displays are attractive and well-stocked. Your responsibilities will include building compelling displays and end caps, resetting shelves with proper product rotation to maintain freshness and appeal, and tracking inventory meticulously to help retailers maximize sales potential. Beyond merchandising, you'll support leadership through reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members. Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing and lift up to 50 lbs
  • reliable transportation to and from work location
  • comfortable interacting with customers and management in friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing manner
  • ability to use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • experience leading and training people
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results
  • able to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to perform job duties with safety-first mentality

Job Duties

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
