Job Description

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is a prominent leader in retail merchandising and marketing services. With a dedicated network of 65,000 teammates across more than 40 countries, SAS Retail Services partners with over 4,000 brands and retail customers to optimize in-store merchandising and enhance product visibility for consumers worldwide. The company is deeply committed to fostering career growth and providing comprehensive support for its employees. This large-scale, dynamic organization prides itself on delivering customized merchandising solutions that help retailers maximize sales and create compelling shopping experiences. By joining SAS Retail Services, you become part of a team that connects people with products and experiences that enrich their lives, contributing to the transformation and the future of retail environments.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in the retail space as an in-store merchandiser. As a merchandising associate, you will play a critical role in supporting retail clients by building eye-catching displays and end caps, resetting shelves with proper product rotation, and tracking inventory levels to ensure stores and suppliers capture the maximum sales opportunities. This hands-on position requires a detail-oriented and energetic individual who enjoys working in retail settings and is passionate about creating organized, attractive product presentations that drive consumer interest. Beyond the merchandising responsibilities, you will also assist leadership teams with vital administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires, further expanding your skills and influence within the company.

SAS Retail Services values individuals who are customer-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Although no prior experience is strictly required, this role welcomes motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the retail merchandising field. Employees receive competitive wages, starting at $15.40 per hour, along with opportunities for additional hours upon request. Further, the organization prioritizes internal promotion and career development, offering comprehensive training and team support to help each associate succeed. Benefits are customizable to meet the needs of your family, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, supplemental voluntary plans, wellness programs, and exclusive discounts through Associate Perks. This position also emphasizes safety-first practices, ensuring that work is performed responsibly in retail environments.

Joining SAS Retail Services as an in-store merchandiser means becoming part of a large, supportive network dedicated to enhancing the shopping experience and shaping the future of retail. The role offers a blend of physical activity, customer interaction, and administrative duties, providing a well-rounded foundation for anyone interested in retail operations and team leadership. With a strong focus on training and professional growth, this position is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and seek to make a tangible impact on retail success and customer satisfaction.
