The role we are offering is a vital position within our retail operations, specifically focused on in-store merchandising support. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that retail stores are well-stocked, visually appealing, and optimized for shopper engagement. Core responsibilities include building attractive displays and end caps, resetting shelves with proper product rotation to maintain freshness and visibility, and tracking inventory meticulously to maximize sales potential. This role also involves collaborating closely with store leadership, assisting with reporting, training initiatives, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
