The position offered is an in-store merchandising role that plays a critical part in supporting retailers to meet and exceed shoppers' needs. The role focuses on hands-on merchandising tasks including building attractive displays and end caps that draw customer attention, resetting shelves with proper product rotation to maintain inventory freshness, and tracking inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. Beyond these primary responsibilities, the role also involves assisting leadership by providing valuable reporting insights, contributing to the training and scheduling of staff, and supporting the onboarding process of new hires to ensure they are well-prepared and engaged.
