In this role, you will function as an integral part of our in-store merchandising team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing hands-on support to retailers by building eye-catching displays and end caps designed to attract and engage shoppers effectively. You will be tasked with resetting shelves, ensuring proper product rotation to maximize inventory freshness and availability. Another vital part of the role involves tracking inventory meticulously to optimize sales opportunities both for stores and suppliers. Beyond the merchandising duties, you will lend your support to leadership by assisting with reporting tasks that help track progress and store performance. You will also be involved in scheduling shifts, onboarding new hires, and training team members to ensure everyone is aligned with company standards and best practices.
