As a Merchandiser with Retail Odyssey, you will play a critical role in ensuring that retail environments meet shoppers' needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include providing in-store merchandising support, such as building attention-grabbing displays and end caps to highlight products, resetting shelves with proper product rotation to maintain freshness and appeal, and tracking inventory to help both stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Beyond the floor duties, you will assist leadership with essential tasks such as regular reporting, training staff, scheduling shifts, and onboarding new hires, fostering a collaborative and efficient team atmosphere. This position offers a competitive wage of $18.25 per hour and provides ample opportunities for advancement since we prioritize promoting from within. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing team support are provided to help you thrive. Additionally, you may have the chance to pick up extra hours if desired.

Physical stamina is essential as the position requires moving, bending, standing, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds safely within a retail setting.
