In the role of a Merchandising Support Associate, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional retail experiences by providing hands-on in-store merchandising support to various retailers. Your responsibilities will include building attractive product displays and end caps, resetting shelves while ensuring proper product rotation, and diligently tracking inventory levels to help stores and suppliers maximize their sales potential. This position also involves supporting leadership functions such as reporting, training new hires, scheduling tasks, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Job Requirements

  • Are 18 years or older
  • Can perform physical work including moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work location
  • Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner

Job Qualifications

  • Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Experience leading and training people
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and management
  • Use smartphone or tablet to record work after shifts

Job Duties

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers
  • Build displays and end caps
  • Reset shelves with proper product rotation
  • Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
  • Support leadership with reporting
  • Assist in training and onboarding new hires
