With a powerful network comprising over 65,000 teammates, SAS Retail Services collaborates with more than 4,000 brands and retail customers in over 40 countries to ensure that every store is stocked, organized, and ready to meet shopper demands. Our mission centers on connecting people with the products and experiences that enrich their lives, a purpose that drives everything we do. We provide a supportive and engaging work environment where employees have access to a wide range of growth opportunities, comprehensive training, and resources designed to help them build successful careers in retail merchandising. Located within the retail services sector, SAS Retail Services thrives on innovation, operational excellence, and a commitment to client satisfaction, making it an ideal place for those passionate about retail and customer service to grow professionally.

In the Merchandise Associate role at SAS Retail Services, you will be indispensable in providing in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring that shoppers' needs are met through the effective shelving, organization, and display of products. This position involves hands-on duties such as constructing visually appealing displays and end caps, resetting shelves to maintain product rotation, and monitoring inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers alike. The role also extends to supporting leadership by handling reporting tasks, assisting in training fellow team members, scheduling shifts efficiently, and onboarding new hires to maintain a skilled and cohesive merchandising team. This position pays competitively at $17.00 per hour and offers additional hours upon request, promoting a work environment that values your contributions and encourages your development. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and ongoing team support are provided to ensure every associate succeeds in their role.

By joining SAS Retail Services, you become part of a company that not only values your work but actively invests in your personal and professional growth. Beyond competitive wages and advancement opportunities, benefits include customizable plans covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, voluntary supplemental coverage, wellness programs, and exclusive discounts through Associate Perks. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, be comfortable engaging with both clients and team members, and exhibit enthusiasm and motivation. This role requires physical stamina as it involves moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and the ability to utilize a smartphone or tablet for work-related reporting are essential. If you are a proactive self-starter with an ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, SAS Retail Services invites you to join them in shaping the future of retail merchandising and delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
