The role offered is an in-store merchandising position dedicated to supporting retailers in enhancing the shopping experience for customers. Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and management
  • Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Experience leading and training people
  • Ability to use smartphone or tablet for work reporting
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to perform duties with a safety-first mindset
