The open position available is for an In-Store Merchandiser, a role essential to maintaining effective retail environments that meet shopper needs. The position is designed to help stores maximize sales opportunities by providing meticulous merchandising support. This includes building eye-catching displays and end caps, resetting shelves while ensuring product rotation for freshness, and diligently tracking inventory levels. Beyond these core responsibilities, the role also involves supporting store leadership through key activities such as reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Perform physical work involving moving, bending, standing and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work location
  • Safety-first mentality in retail environment

Job Qualifications

  • Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
  • Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
  • Have experience leading and training people
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Can use smartphone or tablet to record work
  • Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
