In this role, you will provide critical in-store merchandising support to retail locations to ensure merchandise is displayed effectively and inventory is managed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include building attractive displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation to maintain freshness and appeal, and tracking inventory levels to optimize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting leadership by onboarding new hires and providing ongoing training and coaching to team members. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering a superior shopping experience for customers. You will be instrumental in helping stores maximize their sales potential and enhance the overall customer journey.
