As an in-store merchandising associate at SAS Retail Services, you will play a critical role in supporting retail clients by executing merchandising tasks that enhance the shopping environment and optimize sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include building attractive displays and end caps that catch shoppers’ attention, resetting shelves with fresh product rotations to maintain inventory integrity, and tracking inventory effectively to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize their sales potential. Beyond hands-on merchandising, you will contribute to the team’s success by assisting leadership efforts in onboarding new hires and providing hands-on training and coaching to peers, helping to cultivate a knowledgeable and motivated merchandising team.
