In this role as an in-store merchandiser with Retail Odyssey, you will play a critical part in the retail shopping experience by providing merchandising support directly within stores. Your work will involve building engaging displays and end caps that capture shoppers’ attention and influence purchasing decisions. You’ll reset shelves, ensuring that product rotation is properly managed so that fresh stock is displayed and sales opportunities are maximized effectively. Additionally, you will track inventory levels to support both store and supplier goals, ensuring shelves are stocked with the right products at the right time. This position offers a $17.00 hourly wage and emphasizes the chance for growth within the company, with no prior experience required as full training and team support are provided. You will be part of a motivated and enthusiastic team that prioritizes customer service and safety in a retail environment. Additional working hours may be available based on your availability and request.
