With more than 30,000 dedicated team members, Pilot Company has firmly established itself as a trusted provider of fuel, convenience retail, and logistical solutions. Founded in 1958 by Jim A. Haslam II, and currently led by CEO Adam Wright, the company has maintained a strong commitment to its founding values that emphasize a people-first culture, operational excellence, and community involvement. This culture and dedication to quality service have allowed Pilot Company to grow into one of the most respected names in the energy and logistics sector. Their energy and logistics division operates one of the largest tanker fleets in the nation and supports vital oil operations in some of North America’s busiest basins. Alongside its core business, Pilot Company continues to expand its portfolio and offer expertise across varied domains such as supply chain management, retail operations, construction, maintenance, technology, human resources, finance, and marketing. The organization fosters an inclusive environment that encourages diversity and equal employment opportunities regardless of race, religion, gender, or veteran status, making it a preferred employer for many across North America. Military applicants are especially encouraged to apply, reflecting the company’s respect for service and diversity.

Within this dynamic enterprise, the role of a Travel Center Team Member is essential in sustaining the company’s reputation as the largest travel center network in North America. This position is geared towards individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering fast, friendly service and maintaining clean, organized facilities that provide a welcoming environment for all guests. The team member will play a vital role in ensuring that all travel centers and plazas are well stocked, promoting merchandise effectively to maximize sales, and assisting guests promptly and courteously. Handling vendor relations and managing inventory flow are also critical aspects of this job, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The role demands an ability to analyze sales reports and data insightfully to contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery and sales performance. Pilot Company offers competitive pay rates starting between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to offering rewarding career opportunities. Team members benefit from comprehensive training, a supportive work environment, and significant growth prospects within a leading, growth-oriented company.
