Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales
- Minimum of 2 years experience in management roles
- Ability to work all Texas Tech football home games
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Flexibility to work extended hours including holidays and game days
