The Sodexo Campus Segment is currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager 3 to lead operations at Traditions, a full-service restaurant situated in the vibrant retail student center at The College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ. This is a year-round, high-profile role that supports a premier university dining program. Traditions operates seven days a week, providing lunch and dinner services on weekdays and brunch on weekends. The role offers an opportunity to manage a high-volume operation within a prestigious academic environment.

As the Retail Manager 3, the successful candidate will bring strong leadership experience in restaurant management, with an emphasis on union management and collaboration.
