Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years of management experience
- minimum 1 year of work experience in concessions retail sales or store operations
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- proven restaurant management experience ideally in a high-volume or campus environment
- strong union management experience and ability to lead in a collaborative structured environment
- creativity and innovation in menu development and culinary trends
- ability to deliver top-tier customer service and drive continuous improvement
- solid understanding of financial controls including cash handling and inventory management
- strong people leadership skills with experience supervising diverse frontline teams
- excellent communication organization and problem-solving abilities
- passion for delivering exceptional student dining experiences
Job Duties
- Champion a Zero Harm mindset ensuring safety for employees customers and food quality
- lead daily restaurant operations ensuring exceptional food quality hospitality and service consistency
- oversee menu creation culinary innovation and trend-forward offerings tailored to the student community
- manage cash-handling protocols and ensure compliance with Sodexo financial controls
- maintain strong client relationships ensuring high satisfaction with food and service delivery
- support and develop a diverse team including hourly staff supervisors and fellow managers
- ensure the unit has the proper equipment supplies and resources to operate efficiently
- uphold Sodexo service standards and operational excellence across all branded and non-branded retail concepts
