Currently, Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Service Manager to join its team at Nebraska Medicine in Omaha, NE. This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing retail food service operations within the hospital, including catering functions. The Retail Food Service Manager will be responsible for directing multiple food retail locations, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. As a dynamic team leader, the manager will motivate, coach, and mentor frontline staff and supervisors to cultivate a productive and engaged work environment. The position requires strong leadership skills and a background in managing food service operations in high-volume settings.

The role entails managing a range of responsibilities from overseeing cash handling processes and point-of-sale system programming to managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards. The manager will also maintain product merchandising and marketing standards and coordinate safety and sanitation within the department. This role involves direct interaction with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to enhance the overall food service experience.

Job Requirements
