The Retail Manager 2 position at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center is a pivotal role within Sodexo’s food service operations. This role requires exceptional leadership and management skills to oversee daily activities of the retail food outlet, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The Retail Manager 2 plays a central role in maintaining the quality and presentation of food and beverage offerings, managing cash flow, training staff, and fostering a productive and engaging work environment.
