Sodexo is currently seeking a Retail Manager for the University of Hawaii at Manoa located in Honolulu, HI. This role involves overseeing the operations of the branded concept, Taco Bell, on the university campus. The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing daily activities to ensure exemplary service delivery and operational efficiency. This includes identifying customer needs, aligning Sodexo and customer goals, and fostering strong partnerships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service combined with extensive knowledge of retail food concepts, particularly within a campus environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement - high school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • minimum management experience - 1 year
