This specific opportunity is for a Retail Manager 2 overseeing the campus segment account at the University of North Carolina School of Arts in Winston Salem, NC. The role requires an individual capable of managing up to four fast, casual restaurant units simultaneously while upholding Sodexo and client standards. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the dining experiences at the campus are of the highest quality, aligning with both Sodexo's and national brand standards. The Retail Manager 2 responsibilities extend beyond mere operational oversight. This individual will lead frontline teams, mentoring them in effective cash handling and operational processes for opening and closing the retail outlets.
