The successful candidate will be instrumental in balancing operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and financial success by leading a team with a guest-centric approach aligned with LEGO Group’s core values of fun, creativity, inclusivity, and authenticity. The Commercial Manager will have direct responsibility for maximizing revenue streams, optimizing merchandising and food & beverage strategies, and ensuring that all operational processes are compliant with safety and quality standards.

This position requires a strategic, data-informed mindset coupled with hands-on leadership capabilities.
