We are currently hiring a seasonal Retail Lead for the Holiday Inn Squire Resort in Tusayan. This role involves supervising the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining appealing merchandise displays, managing inventory, and ensuring the retail space remains clean and organized. The Retail Lead will step in to lead the team during the absence of the supervisor and serve as a key liaison with vendors to keep inventory levels optimized. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic retail environment that involves engaging directly with guests and team members to deliver outstanding service. The role pays $16.00 per hour, with shifts covering days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, including opportunities for overtime.
