The role we are offering is multi-faceted and plays a key part in maintaining the high standards of service that define our brand. Associates in this role will have the chance to work in various departments, which may include cashiering, bagging, e-Commerce, grocery, produce, meat, deli, and bakery. Responsibilities vary from assisting customers at checkout, bagging groceries, building attractive displays, to selecting and gathering products for online orders. Additional tasks could involve preparing gourmet dishes, making artisan sandwiches, serving imported cheeses, baking fresh breads and cookies, decorating cakes, crafting personalized coffees, and even creating artistic floral arrangements. The role is hands-on, customer-focused, and dynamic, offering opportunities for continuous learning and skill development.
