Physical demands include the ability to move, handle, and lift merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds and a capacity to stand or walk for extended periods.

Burlington offers a competitive hourly wage between $20.50 and $22.50, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k) retirement plan, and an associate discount ranging from 15 to 30 percent. Associated with a positive and inclusive work culture, Burlington fosters growth through training and development programs that empower associates to grow within the company. The company also emphasizes safety, asset protection, and community engagement as critical components of its business operations.

The position is based in Milpitas, CA, at the 1400 Great Mall Drive location. Burlington is recognized as an employer of equal opportunity committed to workplace diversity and embraces associates who reflect the diverse communities they serve.
