Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Must be able to multitask effectively
- Completion of sanitation course within first year of employment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to supervise and mentor staff
- Must maintain knowledge of food safety and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Must complete a sanitation course before or during the first year
- Knowledge of operating an efficient cost-effective program
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- Direct daily activities
- Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality per policies and department requirements
- Ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free food storage
- Maintain serving schedules per menu specifications following Aramark policies
- Keep a sanitary department adhering to health and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate weekly inventory
- Prepare orders to ensure accurate production
- Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees
- Promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment
- Train and mentor food service workers
- Maintain maintenance logs on equipment
- Ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs with corrective action
- Perform preventative maintenance checklist
- Recommend replacement of equipment
- Multi-task efficiently
- Perform other duties as requested
- Fill in for absent employees when necessary
- Coordinate daily catering events ensuring timely preparation and delivery
- Work occasional night and weekend catered events
- Attend food service meetings
- Maintain communication with staff
- Perform cashier duties as needed
- Promote good public relations
