The Retail Food Service Manager at Sam Houston State University plays a pivotal role within Aramark's food service management team. This management position is charged with developing and implementing innovative dining solutions tailored to meet the evolving tastes and needs of customers within a university setting. The manager oversees and manages dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu, ensuring top-notch service, quality, and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role requires maintaining a safe and healthy environment, following all applicable policies and regulations, and collaborating closely with the Food Service Director to lead front-of-house dining operations including cafeterias and residential dining facilities.

This leadership role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to managing all aspects of food service operations, from supervising production and quality control to communicating operational progress to clients.
