Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Food service management experience
- Experience in retail or restaurant food service management preferred
- Knowledge of marketing, merchandising and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer literacy
- ServSafe certification or willingness to get certified

Job Duties
- Manage front of house (cafeteria, quick service) dining operations
- Develop and implement retail services plan to improve service, quality and profitability of service areas
- Maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified retail experience for customers
- Manage marketing, merchandising and cash handling procedures
- Ensure that requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are met
- Maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
- Drive customer service and track and respond to survey results
- Directly supervise two or more employees with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increases
- Assist in location forecast and accounting
- track sales trends and drive sales
- Implement specials and limited time offers and coordinate pop up restaurants, Fooda, etc.
- Manage catering including utilizing catertrax, coordinating with client, menu planning, staffing and set up
